The game starts in a Shipping Harbor in Hong Kong as Wei Shen, along with Naz, met with a drug buyer, while the Hong Kong police are keeping surveillance on them, until the buyer killed a security guard and the police intervened, with Wei arrested.

It includes all the 24 previously released downloadable contents and features improved graphical resolution and gameplay, setting and audiovisual quality changes based on community feedback.
