The game would have a new protagonist. Xenoverse 2 takes place two years after the events of the first game, with the protagonist joining the now expanded Time Patrol, as the course of history begins changing again.

Brave Soldiers is a fighting game featuring over 50 characters from the Saint Seiya manga. The super gauge in the game is referred to as the Cosmo Gauge, which characters use to perform their finishing attacks.

The first one is called “Legend of Cosmo,” which tells the story from the 12 Houses arc to the Hades arc. It’s very similar to what was seen in Brave Soldiers, but instead of telling it through 2D images, Soldiers’ Soul tells it with full 3D cinematics and also re-creates various scenes from the series, from the death of Cassius to the execution of Athena Exclamation, including moments with NPCs, such as Kiki and Freya.

Much like Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV features 3D backgrounds and characters played on a 2D plane. Exclusive additions like Focus Attacks and separate meters for both Super and Ultra Combos make a return.

Alongside the usual balance changes, the update is to introduce six new stages, and five new characters: Rolento, Elena, Hugo and Poison, in addition to Decapre, a member of M. Bison’s Dolls, who makes her first playable appearance in the series.
