Tim is a man searching for a princess who “has been snatched by a horrible and evil monster.” His relationship with this princess is vague at best, and the only clear part of this relationship is that Tim has made some sort of mistake which he hopes to reconcile or, if possible, erase.

The story begins with a boy named Naiee paying his respects at his mother’s tombstone, who drowned at sea while he tried to save her. His elder brother, Nyaa, calls him to help their ill father to the village’s doctor, who in turn tells them the only way to save him is by collecting the waters from the Tree of Life.
Chime is a block-dropping game. Players control a single shape at a time, and can move, rotate, and then place it onto a grid.
The game begins in the bedroom of a young girl, Didi, who has Dawn as an imaginary friend. Didi’s mother, Kat, enters the room and tells Didi not to sneak out of the house again. Didi asks her if her father will return to them. Kat answers that she doesn’t know.

The family’s leader, Teisel Bonne, seeks an ancient ruin (the Nakkai Ruins) to try and uncover a gigantic and highly valuable Refractor. He has a short rendezvous with Bon Bonne, but he and Bon are quickly subdued and captured by Glyde, a rival air pirate in the service of Mr. Loath.
Pain is a video game in which players attempt to damage the ragdoll character they play and the environment as much as possible by flinging them from a rubber-band catapult, using the Havok physics engine.
The player controls a “Grimp” (derived from the actions “grip” and “jump”), a small creature that maneuvers itself by jumping from and attaching itself to plant-like structures. The Grimp also has the abilities to swing itself from a silk-like tether for a short amount of time and spin while jumping.
The objective is to build defense towers along the enemies’ path to keep them from reaching a hut, or base. Several small creatures dwell at the base. For each enemy that survives the defense towers and reaches the hut, one creature is killed. If all creatures are wiped out, the level is failed.
In PixelJunk Shooter, up to two players can control their own subterranean vehicles to rescue a number of surviving scientists trapped underground. Using their ships’ missiles, players can defeat enemies and destroy weak rock to progress through the environment.
The story of Puzzle Quest is based in the Warlords game universe. Players assume the role of a character with various statistics such as combat ability, morale, and magical affinity.
The game’s protagonist is a nameless young boy who while lost out in the rain sees the silhouette of a young girl. Upon following her, he turns invisible, like her, and finds out there are various other invisible creatures roaming about.

A company called Artificial Life Solutions experiments with various artificial intelligence solutions, but a “network connection spike” in their facility causes some AIs to become self-aware. These AIs perceive themselves and the world as a 2D space with themselves represented as “quadrilaterals”.
In Wreckateer, the player is the newest employee of the Wreck & Tinker Destruction Company, which has been hired to demolish castles and other structures that have been infested by goblins.
